Boris Bedzent

Most revenue orgs don’t play like one team.

After almost 10 years training more than 3,000 revenue professionals across 200+ B2B organisations, I keep seeing the same three fundamental growth blockers:

  • Methodologies remain too abstract.
  • Training engagements end before behaviour changes.
  • Managers are left to translate and reinforce the strategy without enough time, training or structure.

I change that.

HOW I MAKE CHANGE STICK

Built for behaviour change, not training completion.

01

I use a first-principles approach to revenue

I have implemented numerous established methodologies for almost a decade. Now I use Inflection Loop™, a first-principles revenue operating system that provides sharper customer analysis than MEDDPICC and BANT, a more practical way to challenge customers than Challenger, clearer identification of strategic gaps than Gap Selling and more useful guidance for real customer conversations than SPICED.

The same first-principles logic works across the whole revenue organisation. The depth changes with the role and the deal.

02

Behaviour change takes time

MIN. 90 DAYS · SMALL GROUPS · REGULAR SUPERVISED PRACTICE

Over 90 days, we apply the new way of working, review what happened and improve the next attempt.

The small group means everyone contributes, practises and receives direct feedback in every session. Nobody just observes.

03

A bottom-up learning loop

WorkshopPractiseApplyReview

Concepts and ideas are not air-dropped to the team. I bring the frameworks, then we build how we will use them together around your customer journey and actual calls. What is already working stays. What is not gets challenged. Everyone signs up to the same language because they helped write it.

How I work.

[ 01 ]

WORKSHOP

We develop the idea together.

I introduce the framework, then we test it against the team’s experience, questions, deals and customer situations. The discussion is open, collaborative and non-hierarchical. Everyone can challenge the framework, adapt it and add to it, and we have some fun while doing it.

[ 02 ]

PRACTICE

We apply it in roleplays.

The team applies the framework in realistic scenarios based on situations they actually face, using peers or, in some programmes, professionally trained actors. It is a safe place to try a different approach, make mistakes and go again.

[ 03 ]

APPLY

We use it in real customer calls and review the results.

Participants apply the framework between sessions. We review the calls using a 4:1 feedback ratio: four things that worked for every one improvement area. Wherever we get stuck becomes the next coaching focus.

[ 04 ]

(Almost) no slides.

We whiteboard.

A few slides, handouts and workbooks give the topics, frameworks and shared language enough structure to begin. Everything after that gets built together.

Participant feedback

The team really enjoyed working with Boris. He brings great energy, a nice flavour of fun and, most importantly, real substance.
Elizabeth Hajjar·Vice President, Global Sales · Oyster
We've had really great feedback from the team. We've already seen a positive impact in the conversations our leaders are having with their teams and customers.
Shannon Simpson Patton·Senior Global Enablement Leader · Udemy
The team tailored the playbook and now uses it for weekly call reviews and roleplays. There's a lot happening, which I'm really happy about.

More ways to develop your team.

Different formats, one goal: Effective and sustainable behaviour change. Every programme uses Inflection Loop™ - as a standalone or to supercharge your existing system.

Revenue Retreat

A full working week away from the usual pressure.

Fun fact: I own a retreat centre, Bela Colina, in central Portugal. The perfect space for a high-impact offsite where we combine focused commercial work, practice and real team time across five to seven days.

David & I

Commercial coaching meets professional acting practice.

I coach the commercial behaviour. Expert presentation, acting and role-play coach David Ansdell creates a realistic and demanding customer interaction. Participants practise difficult conversations and receive immediate feedback from both perspectives.

Sales Kick-offs

Turn one commercial priority into something the team can actually use.

I build the session around the commercial change that matters now. The team works through it, applies it to its own situations and leaves knowing what to do differently.

Manager Training

Help team leads become better at developing people, not just managing performance.

For new and experienced team leads. We cover how to understand what each person needs, give useful feedback, coach real work and create clear development opportunities.

AI Feedback with Velvet

The manager cannot review every call. Velvet can.

I work with Velvet.io to score real customer calls against the same Inflection Loop™ frameworks the team learned.

INFLECTION LOOP™

One commercial logic across the whole revenue organisation.

I developed Inflection Loop™ after implementing multiple established methodologies for almost a decade, seeing what works in real customer conversations, what only sounds convincing on paper and what improves analysis without changing behaviour.

At its centre is one operating logic with three beats: Current → Ideal → Action. It gives every conversation a clear motion and adds an activation layer to established methodologies.

Current Ideal Action
01 Current

What is currently true?

Understand the customer’s situation today, how it works and where the limitations sit.

02 Ideal

What does the next ideal stage look like?

Define what needs to become possible, what stands in the way and what continuing as they are will cost.

03 Action

What needs to happen to close the growth gap?

Identify what needs to change, who needs to be involved and what the customer should do next.

The same logic works across new business, active opportunities and existing accounts. SDRs, AEs, Customer Success and managers use it at different levels of depth without diagnosing the customer in completely different ways.

We don't throw out specialist frameworks, but use them to deepen the diagnosis when the situation, account or deal requires it.
