The Startup Training Tour

One startup. One revenue problem. One free hour.

After almost 10 years training more than 3,000 revenue people across 200+ companies and 4 continents, I want to take everything I have learned and put it to work for one team for the long run.

Almost 10 years inside the best-known sales methodologies

I’ve implemented the famous stuff. I know exactly where it stops.

For almost 10 years, I taught SPICED through Winning by Design and MEDDPICC through Lennox Academy.

I have seen these methodologies transform teams. I have also seen them become CRM fields, manager checklists and beautifully analysed deals that still did not move.

So I kept what worked and built the missing part.

  • Deeper customer analysis
    than BANT or MEDDPICC.
  • A more practical way to challenge
    than Challenger.
  • A clearer view of the strategic gap
    than Gap Selling.
  • More help with the next real conversation
    than SPICED.

The result is one operating model that can stay simple for an early sales team and go as deep as a complex enterprise deal requires.

The free hour

One problem your team keeps tripping over. One hour to pull it apart.

  1. 01Founder-led sales that will not hand over.
  2. 02Discovery calls that stay polite.
  3. 03Deals that keep going quiet.
  4. 04Pipeline reviews that reveal very little.
  5. 05Pricing conversations that end in discounts.
  6. 06Coaching that managers were never trained to do.

Pick one.

I’ll bring a framework, a whiteboard and almost a decade of pattern recognition. Your team brings the calls, deals, questions and opinions.

We workshop the problem together, practise the difficult part and leave with language and next moves the team can use immediately.

How the hour works
Before

Twenty minutes with you to decide which problem gets the hour and what the team should leave with.

During

A few slides give us a starting point. Then we work on the problem. That could mean pulling apart a live call, rebuilding a discovery approach, running a pipeline review or practising a difficult conversation. Everyone contributes from the start.

After

I send you the session playbook, summary and next moves the team created together.

Why it’s free

I’m looking for chemistry, not a lead.

You get a useful session. I get to see how your team thinks, whether the problem is interesting and whether we might want to keep working together.

If the session is useful, introduce me to one other exciting startup I should meet.

That is the whole deal.
